Over the years, CDMS Sussex has established an enviable reputation for providing exciting, meticulously designed and constructed individually styled homes and all types of residential modifications, including basement conversions, house extensions and conversions, specialised out-buildings and annexes, conservatories and orangeries, library, dens, bathrooms and loft conversions.
CDMS Sussex has been involved with the regeneration of older and protected properties.
We have undertaken many barn and out-building conversions using traditional techniques in conjunction with our highly advanced, ecologically driven and energy efficient systems to conserve and restore original features. In 2018, we were very pleased to receive the Sussex Heritage Small Scale Residential Award for the conversion of a Grade II listed property and are determined to maintain the traditional skills, methods and techniques to upgrade, repurpose and renovate historic or period properties.
