Whether you already have ideas in mind for a self-build project or need architectural expertise to develop achievable next steps, you'll have us from day one through to receiving the keys. We provide complete project management so you're fully up to speed with every phase of your project and can rest assured that it is being managed professionally.
We'll start off with an introductory meeting to get to know your needs and understand your vision. You'll have access to the project manager, an architect and planning consultant to discuss your initial thoughts and assess whether these are in line with requirements for your area and the local council's plan. Together, we'll develop your ideas into an initial design brief, considering desired materials and additional requests such as solar panel roofs or thermal heating. With expertise in kitchen and bathroom design, as well as bespoke lofts, annexes and garden rooms, you'll come away with an exciting and realistic plan for your new home.
Next, we'll oversee the planning stage, in which we produce accurate 3D and architectural drawings, blueprints and even CGI or 3D printed models to support project plans and demonstrate viability in line with building regulations. We manage the process of your submissions and help make recommendations or adjustments to proposals based on the planning outcomes.
Once planning permission has been achieved, we can progress onto the construction phase. Our team will begin prepping the site, installing substructure and laying the foundations for your new build. Typically this involves assembling the "bones" of the building, such as timber frame structures and brick walls.
Our team can now implement infrastructure such as plumbing, utilities, heating and ventilation, as well as insulation. Once this is complete, we can focus on the installation of permanent fittings such as roofing, windows and doors, followed by laying hard-surface flooring.
Now your interior fittings, such as bathroom and kitchen fixtures, can be installed. If you need assistance sourcing particular materials for your interior design vision, we can also help you with this and work with a solid network of trusted suppliers. As part of our full concierge-style project management, we can even oversee the process of installing final touches such as water and broadband utilities, so you can relax in the knowledge that everything has been taken care of. The final step will be the walk-through before we hand across the keys.
